Our History

Built from a Simple Realization

Melvin Inertia Soclo founded College Spring International in 2018 while working in education. He realized that 6 out of 10 students leaving high school lack clear career pathways, especially in STEM.

He knew that students need to be guided by educational or academic counsel upon graduation, which would help them plan and develop their career pathways. Since 2018, our mission has been to guide young people toward higher education and meaningful career pathways through mentorship, leadership development, and opportunity.

We are committed to raising a generation of confident, purpose-driven leaders ready to make a lasting impact on their communities and the world.
